If you think that doing so you favor your skin, then definitely you are not. Also, over exfoliating lead you to scarring, dry skin and fine lines.

Being Too Hard To Your Eyes: Your eyes play a beautiful and vital role in your life. The makeup seems to be incomplete without eye makeup. But have you ever noticed the skin around your eyes? Sleeping with makeup:

You want to rise in the morning with a gorgeous, fresh and glowing skin, isn’t it? Then you need to properly clean it before going to bed. It gives your skin some time to breathe.
Washing face with hot water: Especially in winters, it gives a great feeling; but do you know it is really harmful to your skin. It makes your skin dry and leaves it looking dull. Hence, next time whenever you are washing your face go for cold or lukewarm water.
