What is Epsom salt?
Unlike a traditional salt, Epsom salt is a mineral compound of sulfate and magnesium and technically termed as magnesium sulfate. It consists of small, colorless crystals that look like table salt, but quite different than a table salt, which is made up of sodium chloride. Magnesium sulfate is an essential nutrient for our bodies to improve overall health, but it lacks in our diet. But we can intake in through our skin with the help of Epsom salt, simply by soaking in a warm bath with Epsom salt, which has renowned healing and therapeutic properties.
