Spritzing a saline rinse into your nose every day to wash away pollen is one significant way. While this method won't essentially replace medication, it could reduce your necessity for medicines. In one study, people who rinsed their sinuses twice a day regularly for three to six weeks reported less nasal congestion as compared to those who didn't.

Remove allergy-causing pollen and other infectants from the air around you by investing in an air purification system with UV & negative ion filter.
