1. Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper is used to alleviate pain associated with scabies. The active component in cayenne is capsaicin, which is known to reduce pain as soon as applied to the skin. It can even relieve itching as it helps in desensitizing neurons in the skin. However, it may cause a little burning sensation on application, but it would surely be worth the discomfort.
Some people claim that applying cayenne pepper on the skin has helped them in killing scabies mites. But there are no studies to back these claims, nonetheless, people swear by cayenne’s ability to kill parasites including scabies mites. You can use cayenne by adding its one cup to hot bathwater and sit in the bath until the water gets cold. After that rinse the body, but make sure that it doesn’t get into your eyes.
2. Anise Seed Oil

For this remedy, you need to mix two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, a bunch of calendula petals, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Now, crush calendula petals, add aloe vera gel and turmeric powder to it and mix well. Apply this mixture with a cotton pad twice a day for one to two weeks.
