Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is widely used for a range of health conditions including sweating. It balances the pH level of your body, checking the bacteria growth to control the excessive sweating. Let’s see how to use apple cider vinegar to control your sweating. 

Use apple cider vinegar on your armpits before going to the bed. Rinse it off with water next morning. Dilute ACV with some parts of the water to avoid burning sensation on your sensitive skin. Alternatively, you can rub ACV on your feet or soak them for 15-20 minutes in a water filled container mixed with a half cup of apple cider vinegar.

Lemon Juice:

Baking Soda:

Rub or dab small portion of baking soda on your affected parts

You can mix 1 tbsp. of baking soda with a cup of water to apply this solution on the affected areas before going to the bed.

You can add cornstarch powder with baking soda to form a mixture to be used for excessive sweating. Use this mixture after taking a bath and let it there for 30 minutes. Wash it off.

Black Tea Bags:
