Make sure the solution drain back out through other nostril or your mouth. Then, repeat the process with other nostril. Practice it daily to see improvement.
Ginger is an age old remedy for cough and cold. It is packed with antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces the episodes of runny nose, teary eyes, headaches and congestion.
All you need to boil 1 tbsp. of grated ginger along with pinches of cinnamon and cloves in a cup of water for 5- minutes. Use this remedy for 2-3 times a day.
Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar is useful to deal with the signs of allergic rhinitis as it is loaded with antiseptic and antibacterial properties. The regular use can minimize the symptoms of allergic rhinitis like congestion, headaches, swollen eyes and sneezing. As an added bonus, it strengthens the immune system against several infections.
To prepare this remedy, mix 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with the equal quantity of lemon juice and honey. Put the prepared solution into one glass of warm water. Take it 2-3 times a day to get relief from allergic rhinitis.
Garlic is packed with powerful antioxidant and minimizes inflammatory enzymes like prostaglandins and thromboxanes. Plus, it is rich in vitamin C which supports the immune system.
Put one tbsp. of grated ginger, few cloves and some cinnamon pieces to a cup of water. Boil it for 8 minutes. Take it three times a day to get relief.
Follow Some Precautions:
• Take freshly-prepared, warm food.
