Solution1: Lavender oil bath
For this you will need pure lavender oil and warm water for bath. Just mix 5-7 drops of oil in the warm bath water tub and soak yourself in this for 15 to 20 minutes. Solution1: Lavender oil massage
Along with pure lavender oil, you also need alcohol for this treatment. Blend the ingredients in equal ratio and apply it directly to the affected skin area.
