Scabies Diet Plan: Foods to Reduce Your Scabies Itch

Scabies is an infectious disease caused by the mites that are not visible with the naked eyes. You catch them the infected person from direct skin contact. Omega 3 Fatty Acids found in Fishes:

Omega 3 fatty acids can minimize inflammation that causes itch. They can improve the symptoms of itchy skin by up to 25% over eight weeks. Ironically, taking omega 6 fatty acids can promote inflammation. In fact, omega 3 fatty acids are a great remedy to control super itchy skin conditions like eczema. It is also used to soothe itchy conditions found in horses. Cold water fishes are great sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

Bone Broth:

Bone broth can be effective for itchy skin conditions like scabies and eczema. It is high on minerals, collagen and amino acids to minimize inflammation. However, make sure the broth is made out of the bones of grass feeding animals. Besides, let your bone/meat broth simmer for longer.
