Clove oil: The anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties make it suitable cure for your skin. Also, being an analgesic it relieves the almost insatiable itch caused by scabies mites. But while you are using clove oil, you need to be little more careful. The reason being it will burn your skin if you use it in an undiluted form. So, here is how to apply it for treatment:

You need one tablespoon of olive oil and 4 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil. Blend these with one tablespoon of clove oil. Now apply it to the affected area and allow the skin to absorb it naturally. Significant results will be visible in two weeks.

Tea Tree Oil: Just like the above one, tea tree oil heals scabies affected skin. For this you need to:

  • Add about 12 drops of tea tree oil to your bathtub filled with lukewarm water.
  • Just soak yourself in this water for 15 minutes.
  • Repeat this twice a day.

The other way out is to mix tea tree oil with olive oil in a 1:1 ratio. This solution can be applied to the affected part of your skin with a cotton ball. You do not need to wash the area. Allow it to soak your skin.

Bush Tea: This herb is native to Africa. But being a healthy resource, it is now available in health food stores all over the globe. It is rich in flavonoids and is great for your skin. Carrying anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties, it helps get rid of scabies infection from inside.

It is quite simple to prepare. Just boil some water in the kettle. Then pour the boiling water and some organic bush leaves through the strainer into the cup. You can always use a tablespoon of honey and consume it at least three times a day.


Rosemary: Being a highly potent and renowned cure for scabies, it is said to have cineole and alpha – pinene, which are rich sources of anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Thus, this will protect the affected area against secondary infections too. Simple application will help eliminating the pain and the itchy sensations. It carries camphor, an astringent which will assist in making the affected area rid of the scabies parasite. You can make some rosemary tea. Remember, you don’t need to consume it. Just let the tea to cool down to the room temperature. Now you can use cotton balls and apply it to the affected area for up to three times every day.

Cayenne Pepper:

In case you don’t have any skin issues, or you don’t have sensitive skin, this can be the perfect remedy. Cayenne pepper is one of the most aggressive natural treatments against the scabies parasite. Its application will burn the mites, that too without leaving any adverse effect on your skin. Simple fill a bathtub with hot water. Now to this you have to add a cup of cayenne pepper and soak yourself in it. Try to make it as long as possible, at least till the time water goes cold. You need to be little careful for your eyes. The burning sensation is unbearably painful, so avoid contact with eyes. Don’t forget to take a shower afterwards.
