Keep two cups of green tea in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take them out and soak a cloth in the cold tea and compress the affected parts with it. It minimizes redness and inflammation as well. Massage your skin with 1 to 2 tbsp. of raw honey. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Use lukewarm water to rinse it off. Use a light moisturizer afterwards. Do it twice a week to treat inflammation and redness.

Alternatively, 2 tbsp. of organic honey can be mixed with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1.1/2 tbsp. whole milk. Use this paste on the face and leave it for 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process thrice times a week.


Turmeric is one of the powerful remedies to heal skin disorders like rosacea. It is packed with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and speeds up healing. The herb has curcumin, which is known for itsanti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. As an added bonus, turmeric helps maintain the pH balance of the skin.

All you need to mix turmeric with milk or honey to make a paste. Apply the paste after washing the skin. Leave the paste for 20-30 minutes. Afterwards, wash it off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar has powerful anti-inflammatory properties. It eliminates bacteria and yeast on the skin. Moreover, it restores the normal pH level of the body. Mix 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar with 1 tbsp. of honey to 1 cup of water. Take this mixture twice a day. Or you can add 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar to 10 tbsp. of water. Mix well and apply it to the affected part of the skin. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
